為什麼這些更新很重要?

摘要
進行 2025 年全球教練工作分析的主要目標,是要了解自 2019 年前一次工作分析以來,教練實務如何演變。本次工作的目的在於確認目前對教練而言必不可少的新勝任力,判斷哪些勝任力已不再具相關性,並在必要時修訂現有的勝任力。對 ICF 核心教練勝任力模型的更新,是透過嚴謹、以實證為基礎的方法進行,以評估教練的知識、能力與其他特質(Knowledge, Abilities, and Other Characteristics,簡稱 KAOs)有何變化。 這項為期 14 個月的工作分析採用了多種方法,包括文獻回顧、焦點團體、任務與知識、能力及其他特質(KAOs)的分析、調查,以及對現有勝任力模型的檢視。這些方法的設計目的在於:(a) 確認自 2019 年上次更新以來,教練專業的變化,以及 (b) 判斷這些變化如何能指導 ICF 勝任力模型的更新。本次勝任力模型是以 “從全球近 3,000 名教練收集的數據” 為基礎,包括 ICF 會員與非會員,涵蓋多元的教練領域、培訓背景、教練風格與經驗層級。雖然此次並未新增主要勝任力,但新增了五項子勝任力,並修訂了 11 項現有子勝任力。同時更新了一個勝任力的定義,並在附錄中新增了術語表。
